Zusammenfassung

Ryder is seeking an HRIS Timekeeping Subject Matter Expert to serve as the central liaison for timekeeping systems. You will coordinate with HR and Payroll to ensure accurate payroll processing, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through system navigation and policy adherence.

Responsibilities include audits for policy and regulatory compliance, updating training materials, provisioning access for new users, and proactive support to minimize disruptions in timekeeping and payroll processes.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree in HR/Business/CS or similar.
• 1+ year with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years HR practices and policies experience.
• Understanding HR's role in business and employee day-to-day activities.
• Ability to train and influence system users.

Aufgaben

• Provide SME support for Ryder timekeeping systems and act as central contact for employees and supervisors.
• Audit timekeeping usage and ensure compliance with policies, CBAs, and regulations.
• Maintain collaboration with HR and Payroll for processes and updates.
• Update and distribute training materials to align with changes.
• Ensure access and training for new and transitioning users.
• Set up proxies to maintain service during absences.
• Monitor reports to identify data discrepancies and issues.
