Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Timekeeping SME to serve as the central point of contact for employees and supervisors using the timekeeping system. You will ensure system integrity, assist with payroll processing, and coordinate with HR and Payroll on updates and issues.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to support timekeeping systems and resolve payroll-related inquiries.
• Experience with HR/payroll processes and policy compliance is preferred.
• Knowledge of system access controls and training material maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating timekeeping systems.
• Audit timekeeping entries for policy and regulatory compliance, including CBAs.
• Maintain relationships with HR and Payroll to stay informed on processes and updates.
• Update training materials and ensure timely user access to systems.
• Create and maintain knowledge resources (QRGs/FAQs) for timekeeping.
• Escalate complex issues to stakeholders or vendors as needed.
