Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Timekeeping Systems SME to serve as the expert on Ryder’s timekeeping platforms. You will act as the central contact for employees and supervisors, ensuring accuracy in time capture and payroll processing.

Collaborate with HR and Payroll to implement enhancements and maintain system integrity. You will audit usage for policy compliance, support system integrations, and keep training materials current.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in HR, business, computer systems, or similar.
• 1+ year experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• Understanding HR's role and how it influences business activities.
• Ability to train and influence system users.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive end-user support for timekeeping systems for employees and managers.
• Perform regular audits of timekeeping compliance and data integrity.
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll stakeholders on system updates and disputes.
• Maintain and update training materials and QRGs for timekeeping processes.
• Ensure timely access provisioning and training for new and transferring users.
• Set up proxies to ensure uninterrupted service during absences.
