Job summary

Ryder is seeking a subject matter expert for timekeeping systems to act as the central point of contact for employees and supervisors. You will bridge systems, users, HR, and Payroll while ensuring data integrity and compliant processes.

Responsibilities include supporting users, auditing timekeeping, enabling training, and coordinating with HR/Payroll on updates and issues, with a focus on timely payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, general business, computer systems, or similar discipline.
• Two to three years of hands-on HR experience is required, HR practices and policies.
• Timekeeping systems experience is a plus.
• Must understand HR role and how it affects business and employees in day-to-day activities.
• Ability to train and influence system day-to-day users.
• Knowledge of the link between timekeeping and payroll and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct regular audits of timekeeping to ensure policy compliance and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll to stay aligned on processes and updates.
• Update and distribute training materials for evolving system and compliance needs.
• Ensure timely access provisioning for new users and role changes, and set up proxies as needed.
• Deliver user support, follow up promptly, and escalate complex issues as required.
• Maintain and build a centralized knowledge base with QRGs and FAQs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
