Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Timekeeping Subject Matter Expert to serve as the central point of contact for employees and supervisors using Ryder’s timekeeping system(s). The role ensures system integrity, supports payroll processing, and collaborates with HR and Payroll to drive timely updates and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will guide users, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to system enhancements while maintaining compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, or computer systems or similar field.
• 1 year or more experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years of HR practices and policies experience is required.
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers using the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct audits to ensure policy compliance and data integrity.
• Maintain collaboration with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely payroll updates.
• Update training materials to reflect system changes and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure new and transferring users receive timely access and training.
• Set up proxy access to keep timekeeping services uninterrupted during absences.
