Job summary

Ryder seeks a subject matter expert for timekeeping systems to serve as a central contact for employees and supervisors. You will bridge the gap between the system, its users, HR, and Payroll to ensure accurate time data and timely payroll processing.

In this role you will coordinate audits, provide user guidance, and support system enhancements while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, business, or computer systems.
• 1+ year experience with timekeeping systems preferred.
• 2+ years HR practices and policy experience.
• Strong understanding of HR and how it affects business operations.
• Ability to train and influence system users.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct regular audits of timekeeping for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain collaboration with HR and Payroll to ensure timely updates.
• Update and distribute training materials to reflect system changes.
• Ensure timely access and training for new users and role changes.
• Complete proxy setup to avoid service disruption during absences.
