Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for timekeeping systems to serve as a central point of contact for employees and supervisors, bridging the system, its users, and HR/Payroll for accurate data and compliant payroll processing.

You will audit, troubleshoot, and train stakeholders, coordinating with HR and Payroll while ensuring regulatory alignment. Proficiency in Workday, ServiceNow, and MS Office is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in HR, General Business, Computer Systems or similar discipline.
• 1+ year experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating timekeeping systems, including system navigation and inquiries.
• Conduct audits of timekeeping systems to ensure policy compliance and data integrity.
• Maintain collaboration with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely updates.
• Update training materials to reflect system changes and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure new users have timely access and training for timekeeping systems.
• Complete proxy set-ups to prevent service disruption during absences.
