Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping System SME to act as the central contact for employees and managers using timekeeping tools. You will ensure payroll integrity, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with HR and Payroll on enhancements and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include system audits, user training updates, access provisioning for new roles, and proactive issue resolution. This role requires strong communication and HR knowledge within a US context.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, business, computer systems, or similar.
• 1+ year experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies.
• Understanding HR influence on business and employees.
• Ability to train and influence system users.
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating timekeeping systems.
• Audit timekeeping to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong HR/Payroll stakeholder relationships for process updates.
• Update and distribute training materials for timekeeping systems.
• Ensure timely access and training for new users and role changes.
• Set up proxies to prevent service disruption during absences.
• Escalate complex issues to stakeholders or vendors when needed.
• Monitor reports to identify data discrepancies and integrity issues.
