Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping Systems SME to serve as the central contact for employees and supervisors navigating timekeeping tools. You will coordinate with HR and Payroll, ensure data integrity, and drive system improvements and training.

Responsibilities include audits for policy compliance, user training material updates, and timely access provisioning for new or changing roles. The role emphasizes collaboration and process accuracy across timekeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, computer systems, or similar required.
• 1+ year of timekeeping system experience is a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies preferred.
• Understanding of HR role and its business impact required.
• Ability to train and influence system users required.
• Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll interdependencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers using timekeeping systems.
• Audit timekeeping for policy and regulatory compliance including CBAs.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll to communicate process updates.
• Maintain and update training materials for system use and compliance.
• Ensure appropriate access and training for new users and role changes.
• Set up proxies to keep timekeeping processes uninterrupted.
