Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping System SME to serve as the central point of contact for employees and supervisors using timekeeping tools. The role focuses on system integrity, payroll accuracy, and collaboration with HR and Payroll to support timely processing.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, user guidance, training updates, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with timekeeping systems and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to audit and ensure regulatory compliance in timekeeping.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers using timekeeping systems.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely updates.
• Update and distribute training materials for timekeeping systems.
• Ensure timely access and training for new users and role changes.
• Complete proxy setups to prevent system disruption during absences.
