Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping System SME to serve as the expert for timekeeping systems, acting as the central contact for employees and supervisors in submitting time and approving it. You will bridge gaps between the system, users, HR, and Payroll, ensuring system integrity and compliant payroll processing.

Formación

• Associate's degree in HR, business, computer systems, or similar.
• 1 year+ experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies.
• Understanding of how HR influences business and daily activities.
• Ability to train and influence system users.
• Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll interrelationships.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct regular audits of timekeeping system(s) for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely updates.
• Update and distribute timekeeping training materials to meet evolving needs.
• Ensure new users receive timely access and appropriate training.
• Complete proxy setups to prevent disruption during absences.
