Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an expert for its timekeeping systems to serve as the SME and primary contact for employees and supervisors. This role bridges system, users, HR, and Payroll while ensuring system integrity and accurate payroll processes.

The position involves audits, stakeholder collaboration, ongoing training material updates, and timely user access management. Strong knowledge of HR practices and familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, General Business, Computer Systems or similar required.
• 1 year+ experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies required.
• Understand HR role and its influence on business activities.
• Train and influence day-to-day users of the system.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct regular audits of timekeeping system usage for policy compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain collaboration with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely updates and disputes.
• Update and distribute timekeeping training materials to reflect changes and compliance.
• Ensure timely access for new users and role transitions with proper training.
• Complete proxy setups to ensure uninterrupted service during absences.
