Job summary

Salisbury University is seeking an HRIS Manager to oversee the HRIS function and daily Workday HCM operations. You will supervise HRIS staff responsible for processing, reviewing, correcting, approving, and troubleshooting HR transactions.

You will set priorities, monitor workloads, ensure data integrity and process improvements, and collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and university partners to deliver accurate, timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience supporting HRIS/HCM systems and HR operations.
• Experience supervising or leading staff and coordinating priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HRIS operations and staff.
• Provide operational leadership and prioritization for HRIS work.
• Serve as a principal Workday HCM resource and coordinate with partners.
