Harris is seeking a Human Capital Systems Manager to steer daily Workday and HRIS operations, ensuring data integrity and smooth employee lifecycle processes. You will lead a four‑person HCMS team, align priorities with People Leaders, Payroll and Technology, and drive testing, rollout, and ongoing support.

You will partner across Human Capital, Payroll and Operations to implement improvements, resolve recurring issues, and document changes for scalable operations at Harris.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Workday experience and HRIS knowledge.
• Experience coordinating HRIS support with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• PMP/SHRM/Prosci certifications are a plus.
