Harris is seeking a Human Capital Systems Manager to oversee Workday and related HRIS operations, ensuring data integrity and timely Employee lifecycle processing. You will partner with Human Capital, Payroll, and Technology to deliver practical improvements and scalable solutions.

You will lead a team of four, set priorities, mentor staff, and coordinate with partners on testing, rollout, and maintenance of system optimizations. A Bachelor's degree and HR certifications are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in a Human Capital Systems, HRIS Analyst, or HRIS Administrator capacity.
• Hands-on Workday experience and strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and connected systems, including how configuration, data, and integration changes affect business processes.
• Experience managing daily HRIS support and partnering with Human Capital, Payroll, Technology, and process improvement colleagues.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions and formulas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
• Organized, self‑directed approach with a track record of taking ownership and following work through to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• PMP, SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, SPHR, or Prosci Change Management certification is preferred
