Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, information systems or related field.
• Experience supporting HRIS, enterprise HR applications, HR operations, or related business processes.
• Supervisory/leadership experience coordinating staff and workloads.

• Oversee day-to-day HRIS operations and system governance.
• Provide supervision and direction to HRIS staff and projects.
• Collaborate with HR leadership, IT, payroll and other partners to optimize HR systems.
• Strengthen HRIS procedures, data integrity, compliance, and reporting.
