Job summary

West Coast University seeks an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the day-to-day operation, administration, and ongoing improvement of HR information systems. You will ensure reliable data, secure access, and effective integrations with ADP payroll/timekeeping and other platforms.

The role involves future HR technology strategy, including a potential transition from Oracle HCM to Workday, with responsibility for data conversion, testing, and stabilization efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience including project leadership.
• Experience with cloud-based HCM platforms (Workday/Oracle HCM) and integrations.
• Knowledge of data security, access controls, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration, maintenance, and support of Oracle HCM and connected HR/payroll/timekeeping/benefits systems.
• Represent HRIS in evaluating and implementing future HR tech platforms (potential Workday transition).
• Oversee HRIS integrations, vendor management, and data governance across HR, payroll, timekeeping, and finance.
• Lead HR reporting and analytics, develop dashboards, and drive process improvements.
