Job summary

ETS-Lindgren GmbH in St. Louis seeks an HRIS Analyst to administer UKG Pro, ensure accurate HR data, and drive system optimization. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and business leaders to enable reliable reporting and insights.

You will manage configurations, audits, and integrations, while supporting upgrades and new UKG features. The role requires 3+ years HRIS experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with UKG BI, Excel, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, IS, analytics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience administering HRIS systems.
• Experience building reports/dashboards in UKG BI or similar.
• Strong analytical, data accuracy and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize UKG Pro modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, HRSD.
• Configure business rules, workflows, automation, and request management.
• Support HR staff with hires, changes, leaves, terminations, and lifecycle transactions.
• Monitor system performance; troubleshoot with UKG support/partners.
• Support upgrades, testing, and feature adoption; coordinate UAT and training.
