Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Senior HRIS Analyst to optimize our HR technology portfolio with emphasis on UKG Pro and related modules. You will partner with Payroll, Benefits, and IT to ensure secure, scalable HR systems and reliable data for reporting and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of HRIS experience, strong UKG Pro expertise, and a track record of process improvement, data governance, and documentation in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IS/HR/CS.
• Five+ years supporting HR systems, payroll, benefits, timekeeping and reporting.
• Three+ years hands-on with UKG Pro and related modules.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll, year-end processing, and benefits workflows.
• Experience with HR security, integrations, data imports and audits.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to produce governed reports.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve UKG Pro, Back Office, and Workforce Management.
• Configure HR workflows, security roles, and system tables.
• Support payroll, benefits, tax, and year-end operations.
• Monitor integrations, data accuracy, and data audits.
• Lead or support HR technology projects and document procedures.
