Responsibilities

• Monitor HRIS mailbox and assist with case management requests.
• Perform data entry and updates in UKG Pro to ensure accuracy.
• Manage user accounts, troubleshoot login and SSO issues, and support HR systems.
• Maintain electronic employee records including onboarding/offboarding and status changes.
• Respond to employee and manager questions related to HR programs and HRIS functionality.
• Assist with routine audits and data integrity checks.
