Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in Franklin, TN is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management configuration, reporting, and data governance. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and Talent Acquisition to design scalable HR technology solutions, drive integrations, and continuously improve HR processes.

The role requires 4–6 years of HRIS experience, hands-on UKG Pro/Dimensions experience, advanced Excel, Cognos reporting, and UKG certifications

Qualifications

4–6 years of progressive HRIS experience required.
3 years hands-on UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions).
Experience configuring HRIS processes, reporting, security, integrations, and workflow.
Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, and testing preferred.
Proficient with UKG People Analytics, Cognos, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary SME for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management.
Lead system administration, configuration, enhancements, integrations, and security.
Design and maintain advanced reporting, dashboards, and data solutions.
Partner with business and technology teams to develop scalable HRIS solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, lead testing, and provide user training and guidance.
