Job summary

GEODIS is seeking an HRIS Analyst to maintain and optimize HRIS platforms, focusing on UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management. The role emphasizes security, reporting, and user support across systems, including Oracle HCM/Payroll integrations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR data analytics, strong Excel skills, and a track record of cross-functional coordination and process improvements. This position supports a hybrid work model with office presence four days per week and one remote

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in HR data analytics and/or data management.
• Hands-on experience administering UKG Pro, UKG WFM, and Oracle HCM/Payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of HR data security, governance and handling of confidential information.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Make updates and changes to modules within the HRIS system (UKG Pro and WFM).
• Maintain system security across both systems and manage users/roles.
• Develop and deploy queries, reports and dashboards for business data needs.
• Support integrations with other systems and vendors.
• Conduct process reviews and implement workflow improvements.
• Assist end-users with mass updates and templates; support system upgrades.
