Job summary

Sisters of Mercy of the Americas is seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer and enhance the Human Resources Information System and related technologies. You will ensure data integrity, support analytics, and drive process improvements through automation and technology enhancements.

You will partner with HR, IT, vendors, and leaders to optimize HR systems, deliver reports, and maintain compliance with privacy regulations while supporting the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HRIS experience with systems like UKG, ADP, Dayforce, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HRIS functionality, including configuration, security, user roles, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Support HR service delivery and ticketing platforms, workflows, reporting, and knowledge base maintenance.
• Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with stakeholders and vendors.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts for HR and business decisions.
• Ensure data integrity through audits and validation processes.
• Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Provide training and technical support to HR team members and system users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend technology solutions.
• Monitor integrations between HRIS and payroll, benefits, recruiting, learning, and timekeeping systems.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
