Job summary

College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy is seeking an HRIS Analyst to partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance to optimize HR systems and data workflows. You will configure modules, automate processes, and deliver measurable efficiency gains with strong governance and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• The role requires at least five years of related HRIS and HR operations experience.
• Experience with enterprise HR tech platforms and system integrations is preferred.
• Healthcare, multi-site, or regulated environments are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers, configures, tests, and supports HRIS modules, workflows, and integrations with partners.
• Uses Lean methods to map current HR workflows and design improved future-state processes.
• Identifies automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
• Supports AI-enabled tools with human oversight for high-impact decisions.
• Leads HR technology projects including requirements, testing, training, and rollout.
