Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, people analytics, HR operations, or related field.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, and security practices.
• Experience leading HRIS/HCM, HR technology, reporting, analytics, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with HR systems such as ADP, Workday, iCIMS or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic partner for HRIS, HR technology, reporting, data, and related processes.
• Lead ongoing optimization and enhancement of HR systems and HR technology solutions.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs and develop scalable solutions.
• Analyze HR processes and systems to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, recurring reports, and HR analytics.
• Translate HR data into insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Lead HR technology projects from requirements through implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure reliable, secure HR technology.
