Job summary

Medpace is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our Cincinnati team, supporting the HRIS landscape and driving improvements across HR systems. You will partner with HR and IT to implement/optimize solutions that empower employees and streamline processes, including performance and reporting initiatives.

The role is office-based in Cincinnati, OH, with eligibility for 1 day/week WFH after training and probation. A strong focus on data, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Related Degree.
• 1+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst, HR Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a trusted business partner bridging HR and IT.
• Document and implement internal business system processes.
• Translate business requirements into written user requirements and system specifications.
• Plan and execute development and implementation of system enhancements and/or new systems/applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and propose solutions to meet needs and timelines.
• Coordinate process owner reporting and data analytics needs.
• Review current and proposed business systems for process development and re‑engineering.
• Participate in business strategy discussions with senior management.
