Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Experience with HRIS/HR data governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processes and maintains employee data changes in HRIS and LMS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Performs data audits and identifies discrepancies to maintain compliance.
• Collaborates with HRBPs, Compensation, and Talent to translate business needs into system configurations.
