Job summary

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking an HR Technology Manager to lead the HR technology function, oversee HR systems, analytics, and technology projects, and manage a team of analysts. You will partner with HR and business leaders to optimize systems, drive adoption, and deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires advanced Workday knowledge, strong Excel skills, and proven leadership. Remote work is available for certain states, with a focus in the Philadelphia area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information services or HR Admin with IS minor; proven leadership experience.
• Advanced Workday configuration, security, reporting, and tenant management.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR technology initiatives and enhancements.
• Mentor HRIS Analysts and manage team priorities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT leadership to align technology with business strategy.
• Oversee HR systems configuration, design, deployment, and data integrity.
