Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Manager of HR Systems & Analytics to lead global HR technology, reporting, and analytics. You will oversee Workday administration, partner with IT, and drive data governance and transformational projects across the firm.

The role reports to the Director, HR Systems Strategy and Service Delivery and supports a hybrid in-office/remote work model with responsibilities across North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR systems/HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on Workday administration in a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, data governance, reporting, integrations and best practices.
• Experience partnering with IT on enterprise applications, integrations and security.
• Workday certifications or advanced Workday knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, configuration oversight, and continual Workday improvements.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, integration, and support of HR systems across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with IT to ensure reliability, security, and data governance of HR tech.
• Serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership on technology initiatives and process transformation.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to standardize systems and enhancements.
• Oversee releases, testing, issue resolution, and prioritization of enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and privacy requirements for HR systems.
• Stay current on HR tech trends and system capabilities.
