Responsibilities

• Manage HR systems team projects, timelines and resources; own end-to-end delivery of HR technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT leadership to align technology with business strategy.
• Lead and mentor HRIS Analysts and prioritize work streams and projects.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and data integrity.
• Oversee configuration, design, and deployment of HR systems; serve as SME for HR systems.
