You will manage projects, drive end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT leadership to align technology with business strategy.

The role requires advanced Workday configuration, security, reporting, and tenant management, plus strong Excel skills and business analysis capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects, timelines and resources for the HR systems team and third-party consultants.
• Own end-to-end delivery of HR technology initiatives and enhancements.
• Lead and mentor the HRIS Analysts and oversee system performance and scalability.
