Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in the United States seeks a Manager, HR Systems & Analytics who will oversee a global Workday environment, analytics and related HR technologies, partnering with HR leadership, IT and finance to deliver reliable insights and compliant systems.

You will lead a team of analysts, drive process improvements, governance, and reporting standards, and ensure secure integrations across the employee lifecycle. Hybrid schedule with options for Philadelphia, NYC, or DC offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, information systems or related field.
• At least 5+ years in HR systems, HRIS, workforce analytics or HR technology.
• 3+ years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Hands-on Workday administration in a complex, global org.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, data governance, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience partnering with IT on enterprise applications and security.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services is preferred.
• Workday certifications or advanced functional knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Workday operations and enhancements across HR tech.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, integration and support of HR systems.
• Collaborate with IT and HR leadership on data governance and security.
• Drive reporting, dashboards and workforce analytics for leadership.
• Mentor, develop and manage a high-performing analytics team.
• Set service standards and measure delivery against SLAs.
