Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking an HR Technology Manager to lead the HR Technology function, overseeing HR systems, analytics, and technology projects. You will manage a team of analysts and partner with HR, Payroll, Talent and IT to align technology with business strategy.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery of HR tech initiatives, system configuration, reporting, testing, release management, and change management, with a focus on data integrity and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information services or HR administration (IS minor) or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of people management experience.
• Advanced Workday configuration, security, reporting, and tenant management.
• Strong Excel proficiency and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of HR technology initiatives including enhancements.
• Define requirements and align priorities with stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor HRIS Analysts and manage team capacity.
• Oversee HR systems configuration, design, and deployment; ensure performance and scalability.
• Drive adoption through training and process improvements.
