Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, information systems or related field.
• 5+ years in HR systems, HRIS, analytics or HR technology, with leadership experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience in a global, complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, governance, reporting, integrations, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR systems operations and configuration for Workday and related tools.
• Oversee HR system releases, testing, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Partner with HR and IT leadership to drive governance, data integrity and change management.
