Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, information systems or related field.
• 5+ years in HR systems, HRIS, workforce analytics or HR tech roles.
• At least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Hands-on Workday experience in a global organization.
• Strong HR operations, data governance, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience partnering with IT on enterprise apps and security.
• Workday certifications or advanced Workday knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Prism Analytics or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR systems leadership, administration, and continuous improvement of Workday and related tools.
• Evaluate, implement, integrate, and support HR systems across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with IT for reliability, security, data governance and change management.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and stakeholders on tech initiatives and process transformations.
• Oversee global system releases, upgrades, testing, and enhancements.
• Lead HR reporting and analytics, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports for decision making.
• Mentor and manage a team of analysts; set service delivery standards.
