Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking an HR Technology Manager to lead the firm's HR technology function, overseeing HR systems, analytics, and projects while managing a team of analysts.

The role partners with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT leadership to ensure technology aligns with business strategy, and serves as an SME for Workday configuration, security, and reporting. The position emphasizes collaboration, training, and change management to drive adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information services, Human Resource Administration (IS minor) or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of people management experience.
• Advanced Workday configuration, security, reporting and tenant management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR technology initiatives end-to-end, including projects, timelines and resources.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent and IT leadership to align technology with business strategy.
• Lead and mentor HRIS Analysts, prioritizing work streams and ensuring high-quality service.
• Identify, recommend and implement improvements to enhance user experience and data integrity.
• Oversee configuration, design and deployment of HR systems and act as SME for HR tech.
