Job summary

Ballard Spahr is seeking an HR Technology Manager to lead the HR technology function, overseeing HR systems, analytics, and projects while managing a team of analysts.

The role requires advanced Workday configuration, security, reporting, and tenant management, with strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills. Remote work is available for select states; otherwise, on-site in the United States.

Qualifications

• Combination of HRIS/Information Systems expertise and leadership experience.
• Advanced Workday configuration, security, reporting, and tenant management skills.
• Strong Excel proficiency and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Proven track record of improving processes and automating departmental functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, timelines and resources for the HR systems team and third-party consultants.
• Own end-to-end delivery of HR technology initiatives and enhancements.
• Develop, monitor and lead HR technology project plans across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT leadership to align technology with business strategy.
• Lead and mentor HRIS Analysts and prioritize work streams to meet timelines.
