Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of HR experience with emphasis on employment and employee relations.
• Experience in salaried recruiting and supervisor coaching.
• Ability to communicate policies clearly to managers and staff.
• Knowledge of Federal and State HR requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR department activities to ensure policy compliance.
• Counsel managers on performance management and corrective actions.
• Coordinate salaried recruitment from sourcing to onboarding in Workday.
• Provide HR-related training and development opportunities.
• Prepare reports and analyze data for HR programs.
