Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead day-to-day HR operations in Tyler, TX. The role drives employment, employee relations, salaried recruiting and supervisor coaching, ensuring policy compliance and timely communication with managers and staff.

You will mentor teams, deliver HR training, and participate in process improvements while upholding safety and confidentiality. A Bachelor’s degree and HR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Minimum two years in HR with emphasis on employment, employee relations, and/or benefits.
• Experience supervising employees and leading teams is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day HR department activities ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
• Counsel managers on performance management, corrective actions, and documentation.
• Coordinate salaried recruitment, screening, interviewing, and new hire orientation.
• Provide HR training on performance coaching and employee relations.
• Gather data and create reports (e.g., retention) and communicate findings timely.
• Promote safety and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
