Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in human resources or HRIS environment.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS strongly preferred.
• Strong data entry, reporting and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter data and transactions in Workday or other systems accurately and in correct format.
• Serve as point of contact for employees and plant leaders on Workday data.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies; escalate when needed.
• Compile and distribute HR/Operations metrics (headcount, absenteeism, turnover, referrals).
• Oversee Trumpia or other messaging system for location communications.
• Oversee unemployment documentation to ensure complete data entry.
• Provide supervisor training on Workday usage as needed.
• Validate I-9 documents and recertify right-to-work status.
• Validate and complete WOTC section 2 for new hires.
• Suggest process improvements to streamline HR workflows.
• Support safety initiatives and uphold PPE usage requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
