Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years progressively responsible HR experience with emphasis on employment and employee relations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to supervise staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal; multilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR activities to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Counsel managers on performance management and document actions and follow-up.
• Advise on state/federal regulations related to employee issues and HR best practices.
• Coordinate salaried recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers in Workday.
• Conduct new hire orientation and communicate policies and benefits.
• Provide HR-related training on performance coaching and employee relations.
• Gather data, generate reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Mentor and cross-train staff to support career development.
