• Identify development needs and coordinate training opportunities.
• Produce HR reports and analyze data for management.
• Administer programs and promotions with pay adjustments based on performance.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Mentor staff and promote safety initiatives and PPE compliance.
• Perform other relevant HR duties as assigned.
