Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking an experienced HR leader to guide staffing, employee relations, training, development, and compensation administration across our plant and related facilities in Alabama. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The successful candidate will drive recruitment, succession planning, and employee development, mentor supervisors, and lead initiatives around engagement and change

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelors’ in HR or related field; five+ years in HR management in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills; ability to coach leaders and handle employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on HR leadership across staffing, training, employee relations, and compliance with laws.
• Drive recruitment, selection, and succession planning for internal customers in a manufacturing environment.
• Oversee salary and benefits administration and ensure accurate records in Workday and other HR systems.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes; monitor results and drive improvements.
