Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to design and administer HR policies, processes, and programs across our client organizations.

You will provide expert advisory, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee relations support on a fractional, interim, or project basis. Roles may be at client sites or remote with some travel, collaborating across teams to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field and minimum 7 years HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader.
• Experience in both corporate and consulting environments; HR consulting background preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Solid HR knowledge including employment laws and business partnership.
• Experience leading difficult conversations (terminations, counseling) and HR programs administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice and implementation support on a fractional, interim or project basis across HR Policy, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Employee Relations, and Benefits.
• Promote a high‑performance, employee‑oriented culture with quality and productivity.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills across multiple clients and priorities.
• Engage with clients onsite or remotely; some travel may be required.
