Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Partner to oversee people-related execution for a defined client group.

You will handle employee relations, investigations, and performance management, partnering with HRBPs and Legal on complex matters while coaching leaders on development and organizational change. You will manage compensation cycles, talent reviews, and workforce planning, ensuring policy adherence and effective communication across the client group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including ER, investigations, performance management and coaching.
• Preferred HR certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation for defined client group.
• Manage performance cycle, calibration, and feedback delivery with managers.
• Provide coaching on terminations, compensation conversations, and development planning.
• Support compensation and annual pay cycles in collaboration with Total Rewards.
• Drive workforce planning and talent reviews; assist with org changes and communications.
• Translate HR programs into actionable, local execution for the client group.
• Maintain confidentiality and build strong leadership relationships.
