Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Partner in Sterling, VA to own field HR operations for a defined client group, handling employee relations, investigations, and performance management within established policies and guidelines.

You will partner with HRBPs, Legal, and Benefits to address accommodations, conduct investigations, and drive calibration and development efforts. This is a hands-on, field-facing HRBP role in a growing, ESOP-backed electrical contractor.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and coaching.
• HR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workplace investigations from intake through resolution and documentation.
• Advise on accommodations (ADA, religious, pregnancy) in partnership with Legal and Benefits.
• Run the annual performance review cycle and calibration sessions.
• Coach managers through difficult people decisions and provide guidance.
• Partner with Total Rewards and HRBPs on compensation cycles and policy interpretation.
