Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Talent to lead enterprise talent management, including succession planning, calibrations, and talent pools.

You will partner with VP of People and HRBPs to build scalable processes and a strong talent infrastructure across the organization. In this role, you will drive workforce planning, organizational design, and program improvements, working closely with COEs and the People Leadership Team to support growth and scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience leading succession planning, calibrations, and talent pool processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise talent management including succession planning and calibrations.
• Build talent pools and report on health of talent pools quarterly.
• Shape organization design, career pathways, and job architecture.
• Improve people processes and drive enterprise efficiency across HRBPs and COEs.
• Support workforce planning and align with business strategy.
