Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with hiring leaders, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and own the full recruiting cycle across regions or departments. You will source, screen, interview, extend offers, and manage candidate experience, while collaborating with compensation and HR to align with Rosendin’s growth plans.

You will use tools like Workday Recruit and LinkedIn Recruiter, manage postings, and build a diverse talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in construction/engineering/energy sectors.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong ability to conduct behavioral and skills-based interviews.
• Hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruiting.
• Familiarity with HR databases and ATS; Workday Recruit strongly preferred.
• Must have strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing hard-to-find talent.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication; able to build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the recruiting cycle for specific regions or departments, including search strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Extend offers, close candidates and perform reference checks.
• Develop and update job descriptions with business and compensation teams.
• Create and manage roles in Workday Recruit and update priority postings.
• Build a diverse candidate pool through multiple sources and assess fit against job requirements.
• Provide regular updates on requisition statuses to managers and HR Partners.
• Develop Talent Acquisition strategies to support long-term business objectives.
