Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years HR experience.
• Experience with investigations, employee relations, and policy guidance.
• Strong communication, data interpretation, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations from intake to resolution.
• Coach managers through performance and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with HRBPs on compensation and workforce planning.
• Translate HR programs into actionable plans for the client group.
