Rosendin Electric is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full lifecycle recruiting for designated regions and departments. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, source top talent, conduct behavioral interviews, and manage offers and negotiations to ensure successful hires.

You’ll use Workday Recruit and LinkedIn Recruiter, participate in fairs, and develop strong talent pipelines while aligning TA strategies with Rosendin’s growth goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with 3+ years in construction/engineering/electrical/MEP or related industries.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong behavioral and skills-based interviewing abilities.
• Experience with HR databases and ATS (Workday Recruit strongly preferred).
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the recruiting cycle for specific regions or departments.
• Source, screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Extend offers, close candidates, and perform reference checks.
• Develop and update job descriptions with business and compensation teams.
• Maintain integrity of requisition data in the ATS.
